Bug appear randomly

Hi, I can play smoothly in Career mode or FUT but from time to time, when opening packs or begin a game (any mode like rivals) fc 26 become very slow and unplayable. It does not go back to normal and i have to restart fc 26 (not possible in rivals). Is there a fix? The bug is random, i have full games with no problem and then have a second period bug for example.
