BUG during fut champions

Hello, i had bug in fut champions according to the attached video. My opponent paused the game in 7th minute and since then i had view like on attached video. I couldnt do anything and my oppent was shooting goals (u can se on the video that in left corner is 0:0 and 6:45 minute but on the screen on the stadium there is 4:0 and 24th minute - my opponent was shooting goals while i couldnt do anything. Finally i was kicked out due to inactivity. Is there any chance to get compensation due to this situation?
