Hello Wolf, when you say input delay and shutter are we talking about the fps drops drastically after any cinematic randomly before game, halftime or luckily just post match? Because I have been struggling with that S*** since the beginning of the game, making me lost my motivation to play in any competitive mode. I tried every aspect in settings, Vsync on and off, full and borderless screen, resolution, max performance gpu etc etc all the tips you can find in the web and still every week at some point in rivals, futchamps I have to lost at least one game cause os this... This is an old problem that occurs in some systems due to the change in render mode and graphics presets that occur in cutscenes. Even with everything set to low, memory leaks or other problems can occur during this “flip,” causing performance limitations because there are still “processes” open in the render queue.
In order to help, I need to know the full details of your system (a DXdiag contains the necessary information).
You can also try a fresh install with DDU and clean all Shader cache folders.
