Hi pls help me gain access to the transfer market on the web I have been playing for well over 3 weeks of active days where I play 3 matches and log in to the companion app still haven’t gained access. I have not been banned or have multiple accounts. I would be really grateful if ea could somehow unlock it for me.
Community ManagerHi there. All the details we have for accessing the market on the web/companion app can be found here. We cannot unlock it for you. Market access is delayed if you have multiple accounts on the same device accessing Ultimate Team. There will also be a delay if your account was sanctioned for breaking the rules in the past.
I don’t have any bans or other accounts what should I do now?
Community ManagerYou'll just have to keep playing. Make sure you're fully completing matches. Also, try playing various modes within Ultimate Team.
