Big delay when I am playing online

Hey, so I've just downloaded FC 26. I played a couple of Moments and a Squad Battle and the game was smooth. Now, I've just finished a Friendly and I've had big delays when giving players commands (passes, shots, player switches, sprints etc.). What is there to do? I have to mention that my ping was 36-38 the whole match. I'm playing on EA App.
