Can’t claim champs rewards

Won my last game of champs at the final whistle it disconnected me when I’ve gone on to claim rewards it’s showing 8 wins 8 losses and showing -1 games left, can’t claim my rewards at all and won’t allowed me to do anything help would be appreciated
