Can’t claim De Rossi and Voller in season pass

I wanted both the players to put into an sbc and I haven’t received either it’s so annoying, can someone from Ea sort this out please I’ve paid money for something I’m not getting thank you 

same, I managed to claim the packs instead of voller, but don’t let me pick de rossi
