Can’t connect to ea server
I’m on ps5 based in England and. We can’t connect to ea server I’ve done all the main points
dns. Rebuilt database , unplug router Please help it’s been 2 days. My son is so upset

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about your son's frustration! Let's see if a thorough power cycling of your equipment will help. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
