Connection problems

Sorry to hear that there have been connection problems in-game.

If you haven't already, please go through these connection troubleshooting steps, especially the step on changing your DNS and trying a wired connection, to see if there are any improvements.

It'd also be worth checking whether all your graphic drivers and software are up to date, and making sure conflicting background applications are closed.
