FC 26 problems

I really don't understand EA. How can a company this big release a game in such a terrible state?
And honestly, I don't even care anymore that the game is pay-to-win, or that EA keeps ruining the things that were actually good about it. But if you're going to release a game on multiple platforms, at least optimize it properly. Players shouldn't have to spend days trying to fix FPS issues just to make the game run smoothly.
In other EA games, cross-platform play doesn't come with connection problems anywhere near this bad. I even checked my connection score on EA's website, and it's 93/100. Yet somehow crossplay seems to make everything even worse.
You can disable crossplay in the settings, but then you can't even play online. So what's the point of having that option in the first place?
I also looked into the "unstable connection" issue and found that there are only a handful of internet providers around the world that don't seem to have problems with it, Vodafone being one of them. So what about everyone else? Are the rest of us just supposed to deal with it?
When is EA finally going to start listening to the people who actually play their games? When is EA going to take criticism seriously and fix these problems instead of ignoring them?

Every year EA releases an insanely expensive game that's basically the same as the previous one, yet somehow it gets worse and worse every year.
