Can’t connect to pro club

Me and two friends are trying to play Pro Clubs but after the jersey selection screen in match making I’m met with an error saying that I can’t connect. We’ve gotten it to work for about 10 games but it’s only letting us all into the match about 10% of the time. I’m on PS5 and they are on PC so I’m assuming it’s something with cross platform
