Can’t access the game and was lied to.

Its bug , in free 10hours Trial is always online modes without buying full game 

That’s exactly what I said to him but he said no it’s not an error. Literally doubled down on the lie. Such an odd thing to say. Almost as if to just get rid of me

They just want your money.. no reason for there to be a problem every time they do anything.

The fact that pretty much every Xbox player, at least that I know of, has this problem and it immediately pushes you towards ‘upgrading’ and buying the game instead of the trial just working like it has every other year, is a classic money grabbing move.

they can say it’s a bug and they’re working to fix it, but how many times does everyone that plays their crap games have to see that to realise they actually either don’t care or don’t know what they’re doing.

Itstonytime, I know that’s why I won’t budge and will stick to my guns of not purchasing the game yet. Only if this is resolved in a timely manner will I consider it. Thanks for your reply
