Can’t even play

Since the game has came out today the sept 26th, and have bought the ultimate edition, have not been able to play the game since, only time is when im vpn and on my hotspot on my ps5. My WiFi is fine and every other game works expect for this one. It’s crazy how i paid $100 just to not be able to play this game. Please do something
