Hey Evilsaintprince,
We have an article with some connection troubleshooting steps you can try. It might also be a good idea to delete potentially corrupt or damaged files within the game.

Did that and still not able to login. It’s too long and I won a match in gauntlet and game kick out of ultimate team and the match didn’t count.

There are another few steps I can recommend:
- Can you go into your squad via the web/companion app and delete it? Do not delete the players themselves! Just the squad. Try to open UT again after you did that.
- Can you try a full power cycle of your PlayStation? Shut it down, remove its power source, wait about a minute, then plug it back in and try again.

I did the power cycle and still no change and still not able to go on the companion it says I’m I need to login into my console.
Can I be compensated for the match that I won and didn’t get my reward for ?
