Game stutter the last few weeks on PC

I don’t know what they’ve done but the game has felt awful the last few weeks on PC. If I get into my box the game stutters so badly it’s like I’m lagging. The game was fine for months so I don’t know what they did. There’s also an issue where I can see my opponents pitch lines and ball which has never happened before. And before anyone thinks it’s my internet or fps…my fps is a constant 144 and my ping never moves above 30 and the stutters still happen.
