Can’t play clubs and access season pass

I can’t play clubs and season pass and I haven’t gotten a chance to make a player for clubs and to claim my season pass rewards I use the web app and I’m getting tired of it and just wanna access it on my PlayStation. So please if someone can help me with my problem, I have already tired 2fa and verification thing to see if it can do something but nothing works so pls help.
