Crashing during a match or when selecting a mode

Google translator (original - ukraine):

I've been playing the game since it came out and every time I encounter a problem with the game crashing at random moments (during a match, when selecting a mode, team formation). After "checking files" of the game through Steam, I always encounter that I am missing 3 files (photo attached).

What I tried:
-Disabled antivirus / added game files to antivirus exclusions
- Disabled all background programs
- Changed graphics settings in the game
- Updated drivers, and also reinstalled
- Turned on maximum computer cooling

I also have 2 monitors. And when I launched on the weaker one, the game lasted longer, but this may only seem to me.

My computer specifications:

-MSI RTX 5070 ti (my old: rtx 4060 ti 8gb)
-Intel i5-14600KF
-RAM 64 gb Kingston
I am also attaching the DxDiag.txt file, which may help in solving the problem.

  • Hello, try putting your PC offline then uninstall and reinstall EA Javelin anti cheat from here https://help.ea.com/en/articles/platforms/pc-ea-anticheat/ then try to start the game first offline then online and check if it works, if it doesn't work you can try clearing the cache of the EA app, if it still doesn't work you can first make a backup of the EA SPORT 26 folder (located in C:\Users\your user\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26) then delete the original folder so as to force the game to recreate clean data from the last update. Also try installing the latest version of visual from here:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#latest-supported-redistributable-version

  • juventusu7000 Hello. I found the problem. At least the game hasn't crashed lately. The problem was either a faulty RAM or its incorrect settings (which I'm more inclined to believe). I also suspect a faulty processor. But I'll find out about it later, after many tests and checks. Thanks for the help, of course.

  • Update:

The problem is not with the RAM, but with the processor, I don't have the opportunity to test it somehow. juventusu7000 , from what you wrote, nothing helped either. The game still crashes at random moments. I already intend to completely reinstall the operating system, in the hope that it is a software problem, and not with the computer itself.

Just to clarify, I have F1 2025, which can also crash at any moment, but much less often.

I also wanted to clarify whether there is any program that monitors the operation of the processor/RAM; tracks errors that occur when games/programs crash.
