Can’t Use Controller in Pro Clubs Online Mode

I can’t play the game in online mode, please help. In Pro Clubs mode, my controller is not working at all. I have tried everything, but nothing fixes the issue.

At first, I thought the problem was with my controller (DualSense 5), so I bought an Xbox controller to test it. However, the problem still persists with the new controller as well.

I would really appreciate any help or suggestions. This is very frustrating.
