I try to connect to ultimate team and its not working ... Only ultimate team its not working , i tryed to play pro Clubs and that its working , only ultime team its not working , what is happening
Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Please try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to UT again. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

I deleted all the squads now im trying to enter in ultimate team to see if it works
Now again its not letting me to connect to the web app or companion ... i did again reset router and pc at the same time but this time not worked
Community ManagerDid you delete all your squads in the app and then create an empty squad? You need to do that before trying to enter UT again in the game.

Community ManagerYou would get a different message if you're banned. Please try the power cycling I mentioned in my previous response and let me know if that helps or not.
Can you watch if i,m banned or something ?Because i watched to see if i,m suspended or banned , but i,m not aparently
Community ManagerIt looks like you're playing on PC. Try power cycling your modem/router by unplugging it for 2 minutes. Then, plug it back in and try again. While your modem/router are down, restart your PC.
If that doesn't help, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. This is just as a test and not meant to be a permanent solution.
