Cannot Access Online for FC26

I got the game Friday Sept 26th from an Access Code. It's the ultimate edition and I haven't stopped reached out to EA support. FC26 cant log me into the online servers. This is ridiculous... Very say its been 3 days with no gameplay. I am on PC and got the game through the EA App. Contacted support none stop but they give me the generic script all the time. Any ideas?
