Cannot connect to FC26 servers on PS5

Hi.

This is an ongoing issue for almost everyone in Bangladesh. FC26 cannot connect to EA servers on PS5. It keeps on showing “You have lost your online connection/Cannot connect to server”. We have contacted ISPs but from there end things seem to be normal. We can normally login to FC25 but for FC26 it’s not connecting.

Please help! A lot of people can’t play the game after purchasing. The same issue is also happening on in PC platform!

Location: Hong Kong
Occurs when starting game( when user is connecting to EA servers) or trying to connect to servers.
Sometimes it can connect after many many times of rebooting my PS5 or reconnecting my network (very seldom)
Check your home network, you will not be able to access to FC' s service....

Same problem can’t connect on FC26 , but FC24 & FC25 connect just fine on same network

I’m the same on Xbox tho new gen. It’s been like it for 6 days now. Have you had any luck
