"Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment" yet when I use a VPN I can connect, all other game modes work, anyone else having this in the UK. I have done all the troubleshooting tips. Checked my emails and I have not had one saying I have been banned.

I have rebooted my router, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled. Yes the account is the same country. After not being able to connect for a few hours, I tried a free VPN and I got straight into the game. I am playing on PC, I have over 520 hours in game and was playing last night. I haven't got a clue why it wont let me connect today.
I just tried Madden 26 and I got straight into Ultimate Team.
Community ManagerThanks for the details. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and see if you can load in to UT.

UK mate, I am using a wired connection, no I don't use wireless so I haven't tried both wireless and wired.

No, it has nothing to do with the connection otherwise I wouldn't be able to get on with the VPN and I wouldn't be able to go on Madden Ultimate team. Something your end has stuffed my game.
If I can get on with a VPN then EA must have blocked my IP address
Community ManagerIt's very possible this is connection related. There have been many times I've seen a home connection not work, but a VPN/mobile hotspot let you connect. That's why I want to see if both wired and wireless aren't working. If they aren't, this is an issue you'd need to talk to your ISP about.
We did not block your IP address. Please try a wireless connection and let me know if it works or not.
There is no wireless on my motherboard.
