Solved

Cannot enter the game: We've noticed your computer is currently offline.

Hello,

I'm experiencing this Error:

We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the internet.

My computer is connected to an excellent cable internet. Could you please give me some advice on how to fix it?

I have an EA Play PRO on my PC. Entering my credentials in the last window doesn't help — the window just reopens! Logging out and logging in didn't help!

Ultimately, it leads to this notification:

  • Hey all, thanks for taking the time to alert us to this issue.

If still facing it could you grab us the following:

    • Summary of issue (Exact Error messages)

So same problem. Tested the following:

    • started EA app with admin
    • started game with admin
    • started trial .exe with admin
    • started EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher with admin
    • Repaired the game
    • Repeated above steps > no results
    • Resetted modem
    • Cleared cache
    • Repeated above steps > no results
  • i have fixed this by completely deleting all cache files of ea app (qmlcache, offlinecache, IGOCache) - you must end all ea activity in task manager before deleting the cache files. Then lauch EA app as administrator (important). And then launch via steam or ea. I also used mobile hotspot for launching.

Paid and download the EA FC26 on steam (PC). Linked my EA app and steam. when i try to launch the game i get this error even though my PC is connected to the internet "we've noticed that your computer is offline, to activate your game on this computer using your EA account, youll need to connect to the internet". I tried three different ISPs as well as clearing cache on EA app, tried repairing the EA app and even a clean reboot too but nothing, still cant even launch  the game.

    Platform- Windows 11 pro

CPU and GPU: CPU: Intel Core i7-7700HQ @ 2.80 GHz  , GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4GB dedicated, 8GB shared)
    RAM: 16GB
    EA App version: 13.560.0.6073(101855-9551fb422c)
Antivirus or security software is installed: Windows Defender
Any overlays running (e.g., Discord, NVIDIA, etc.) Possibly NVIDIA GeForce Experience overlay
What exactly happens when you try to launch:STATED IN SCREEN SHOT
Any error messages you're seeing: STATED IN SCREEN SHOT.

EA needs to fix this ASAP, we spent our hard earned money buying this game which is turning out to be a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm still having this issue. I've tried all troubleshooting steps but still can't make it run.

  • I am still getting this issue, game is completely unplayable. On the rare occaision I can enter the game it always crashes after roughly 5 minutes with no error message. I am connected to the internet, I have tried using LAN WiFi and hotspot and a million troubleshooting steps, ChatGPT is out of ideas. Please fix your game.
