Cannot launch game (potentially anticheat)

FC 26 has not launched for several weeks You receive two different errors:
• A prompt to update EA Javelin Anti‑Cheat
• A message saying “There’s an error on our side”

I’ve already performed all major troubleshooting steps, including: Uninstalling & reinstalling EA Anti‑Cheat Deleting the AC folder Repairing and reinstalling the game Reinstalling the EA App Clearing cache The issue has been going on for a long time, and previous escalation requests did not get any response.  

The splash screen shows, then once the bar loads it disappears and the game doesn't load / nothing happens
