Cannot play cross platform in proclub mode for PC players

My friends and I are trying to play Pro Clubs. They're on PC and I'm on PlayStation. Cross-platform is enabled for all of us, but when I try to join the lobby, I get a "Lobby join failed" error.

Can’t find opponents on clubs.
My friends and I can’t find any opponents on clubs. We are all in the squad, and the game looks forever for opponents until it says search failed… any ideas why? We play crossplay if it matters….
