this message has pop up again after able to access for about a week.
wt has happen again EA? Is connecting the servers is now depend on luck or wt?
please EA help to fix it
Community ManagerThe very high majority of people are playing without disconnecting regularly. We don't have control over your ISP or your home network equipment. It's very possible these are the cause of the disconnects. Did you try the connection troubleshooting steps? We can also take a look at the strength of your connection by running the Connection Quality Report.
I understand very well that my ISP setup is causing the problem, specifically the IPv4/IPv6 handling and CG-NAT. But that doesn’t change the fact that every other online game works perfectly on the exact same connection. Only EA FC 26 drops mid match. That means the problem is not my setup, it’s the way EA FC handles connections.
So instead of copy pasting the same troubleshooting replies maybe start improving the networking system so players don’t have to reconfigure their entire internet just to play a match.
