Kick Off shows "An error occurred" when online (PS5)

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem with Kick Off mode on PS5.

When I am connected to EA servers and try to start Kick Off, the game shows the message "An error occurred" and the match does not start.

If I go offline, Kick Off works perfectly.

Ultimate Team and other online modes are working fine, so my connection is not the issue.

This problem has existed since the day I purchased the game.

What I have already tried:

• Restarting the game
• Restarting the console
• Restarting the modem
• Reinstalling the game completely

Even after reinstalling, the problem continues.

Since it works offline but always fails online, I believe the issue may be related to account synchronization, licensing, or server-side Kick Off data.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
Is there any official fix or workaround?
