Can't download the full title

I have tried sooo many times to download the full fc26 but it keeps ond downloading the showcase since I had downloaded the showcase before I bought the disc not I can't even use the teams on the disc its just the showcase teams 

Note I have downloaded this thing multiple times nothing.
