I am on ps5 I tried to log into ultimate team and it won’t let me I’ve been suffering this for the past 3 days I tried to log into ultimate team on old gen it won’t work I tried ea companion app it won’t work I tried a different account on the same ps and it worked therefore it’s a glitch pls fix this before div rivals reward as I am a comp player and this would hold me back

This is nothing the customers can solve it's most definitely a server bug/problem there has to be something wrong with the engineering or coding for the new update since a lot of people been witnessing the same troubles despite trying everything they can.

Already tried all the troubleshooting step. Last time i try to login is today at 16.18 gmt+7. It sad because i just want to play fut

I merged your recent reports of persisting issues accessing UT here.Please confirm you have tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested in this thread, including reinstalling the game, going through the connection troubleshooting guide, deleting the corrupt files, and deleting all your squads from the Companion app or the Web app, leaving only an empty squad set as active, before you try to access UT again.

am unable to access Ultimate Team on my main account. Every time I try to enter Ultimate Team, I receive the following message:
"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will be returned to the main menu."
I am playing on Xbox. My internet connection is working normally, and I can access other online modes such as Pro Clubs without any issues.
I have also tested with another account on the same console, and that account can access Ultimate Team successfully. This suggests the issue is specific to my main EA account
I have already tried restarting the game, restarting my console, and reconnecting to the servers, but the issue remains.
Could you please check if there is any issue, restriction, or corrupted data associated with my Ultimate Team account and help me regain access?

I have same case, i cant open fc ultimate team but i can play other menu like clubs or season. I try sign in with other account in my xbox and it can open fc ultimate team.

Hey malek0897 and 2512007yousef,
Do you remember what you were doing before this started happening?
In the meantime, please try to access the Companion app or the Web app, delete your squads and set up a new empty one there, before you try to access UT on your platform again.
