Cant enter ultimate team

its been 2 days and i cant enter ultimate team in my ps5 and all of that started after my game glitched in the ultimate gauntlet game mode after every game ended it kicks me from ultimate team and does not count the game results either its a win or loss then it turned to not letting me in at all to ultimate team
