Cant Finish a single Online Game...

Every timer i play an online game, somewhere in the match theres a small freeze or smth and the opponents arow dissapears ( the arrow indicating which player he is controlling). Everytime this happens and we finish the match ( either i win or lose) the game is just stuck on the establishinh shots of the stadium. Ive tried to wait for an hour even but nothing happens. I have to force quit the game, and get a DNF. So its impossible for me to win or even lose a game of online fifa in ultimate team... I checked my connection, the ea connection thing says i have 92/100, i use ethernet cable, and never ever do i have a disconnect or internet issues across all the games i play. 

This "bug" makes the game unplayable for me. Its the most frustrating thing ive vere came across in my gaming history. This issue has been happening to me for at least a month, i just always thought it would be fixewd ur updated, but im still here not being able to play the game.

What is happening, is it cheaters, is it bad programming, server issues ? 

I would really like a solution to this issue, otherwise its the last time i ever wil ltouch a game of FC/Fifa

I play on PC, ultimate team btw.
