Can't get the game to load

Hmm, judging by the picture and the tags am I right in saying that you're running the game through Steam?
Could you try reinstalling the EA anticheat? if that also doesn't work, could you share a quick DxDiag with me, please?
clearing the cache hasn't done anything.
