Can't get XP point

Yesterday I finished 40+ player objectives in Player Career mode but the game only gave me 3 objectives. And just now I completed 10+ objectives and it's still stuck at 3. Fix this asap, it's so irritating wasting time on this just to get nothing. Please fix the issue, and reward me the XP points. 

FYI, I restarted the console and closed the whole game several times.
