Can't load in on ps4

I can't seem to load in to fc 26. After selecting my favorite team the screen just freezes/gets stuck on a loading screen that never disappears. I am yet to see how the new fc 26 homescreen looks. I feel a bit scammed after paying for EA Play, Ultimate fc 26 and the chance to get early acess and have this happen.
