Can't play any game mode in UT

When I try to play a match in UT; Rush, Rivals, Squad battles etc the game just loads to a black screen.

I've been able to play pro clubs with no problem.

I've updated windows, all drivers, reinstalled the game countless times, cleared shaders cache, logged out of EA app and back in, basically every suggested solution I have tried.

I saw there is known issues with an ISP (BT) is there also an issue with Vodafone now?
