Cant Play the game because of lag and stutter

i have the game on pc when i open the game everything is ok in the main menu but as soon as i open ultimate it starts to lag and stutter so hard i cant even do anything and  have to alt+F4 and its not only ultimate team i have this problem everytime i go in match in any possible way like kick off and etc. 
i tried several fixes like dx11 and dx12 as launch options in steam properties or opening the game from nvidia app they worked but only for sometime and i have this issue again.
 please help if u can and ea fix your game you are supposed to the fix your game performance issues atleast when you cant fix the gameplay issues.
