Can't play the game that i just bought

I literally paid for this game hours ago and started downloading it, once the game was downloaded i wanted to play it and i was met with this error.

I did a bit of research and found that this error is triggered by trying to download the game on more than 5 devices which can't be possible in my case since i just bought the game and started the download on the device i bought it in, i also don't use any vpns and this is the only device that has access to my account using F2A.

it's also said that i have to wait for 24 - 48h to try again which is insane because i paid for the game to play it not to wait for days because of your mistakes.

this is pissing me off alot.

    On what platform did you purchase the game and try to play it on Noice9173​?

    More info you can share the better as issues like this can pop up for a number of reasons.

    I ma facing a similar issue. I was facing massive frame drops/stuttering and tried everything to fix it and now the game won't even launch and I get an error that says: Some features have been disabled because the EA app launched from another application.

    it's been 4 hours since i posted here and the problem is still present with no solution.

    Now i own a game i can't play
