Career mode

When I load up fc26 career mode I can't change my players positions or change teams other then the premier League, if these issues aren't resolved in the next update I would like the money I paid for the game in full refunded, there's no use in me playing a game if it won't work. My apologies but this is frustrating as I like FC/FIFA games but this one is broken.
