Changed internet provider as per EA quality check but lag still bad

The lag in the game is unbearable. Checked EA Connection Quality check which show the best internet provider in the local area for best quality, low lag. Changed to that internet provider, the issue still there, same exact lag. EA should get their s*** together or they are losing players !!!!!!
