changing server
Hello EA Support,
I want to report a server routing issue in EA SPORTS FC 26.
I should normally be playing at around 30 ms ping, but recently I am being matched at around 45 ms instead. This feels like I am being placed on a farther server instead of the nearest available one.
My issue is not general internet instability. The problem seems to be incorrect server allocation/routing in FC 26.
Details:
- Expected ping: around 30 ms
- Current in-game ping: around 45 ms
- Location: Istanbul, Türkiye
- Platform: [PC / PS5 / Xbox]
- Game mode: [Ultimate Team / Seasons / Clubs / etc.]
- Connection type: [Ethernet / Wi-Fi]
- ISP: [Your provider]
- Time when it happens: [Example: every evening / every match / specific hours]
Please check whether my matches are being routed to the wrong game data center or a farther server region.
I can also provide screenshots from the EA Connection Quality Report and in-game ping if needed.
