Cheaters in Champions

It's been 7 months and ea still seems to not care about fixing the game anymore.
It often happens that as soon as I enter the game, all my players stand still with white triangles above their heads. I've already searched for a solution, and it seems that cheaters are the cause. Please fix the game.
