Child EA account can't access FC26 online — stuck in AI support loop

Having same issue.  Maybe it’s a switch 2 thing?  If anyvody has any insight let me know.  I think it stems from the fact that a child account only has a username and not an email address and in fifa, you need to enter an email address for login.
