Clubs delayed

Since I’ve bought this game it’s been lagging for me, the only game mode I can play is clubs and I have to restart between games, but now I can’t even play clubs because the gameplay is delayed by a lot. I would really appreciate any help to fix this problem and I want to know if my pc is just not enough to run it.

Processor: Intel i7-11800H

VRAM : 4gb
