Clubs Game Crashing

I pretty much exclusively play Clubs and it’s gotten to the point where at least one of my team members gets booted from a match every game. This problem has steadily been getting worse and needs to be addressed now. My favorite game mode is becoming unplayable because we can’t finish a game.
