Clubs Rush Matchmaking

We have a team of 4 of us, all outfielders, all playing for the same club.

Not only do we have to invite everyone into the lobby (no way of joining by just jumping in a lobby like in normal clubs mode); but when we do, we never find a game; because it's always searching for a final player - a keeper. There is no way of just starting with 4 outfielders and having an AI goalie. One is console, the others are PC. Cross play is enabled, and we've tried both with Find GK enabled and disabled.

Is there something we're doing wrong?
