Resolved now. Tried again yesterday and was able to play clubs again without any EA server connecting issue.

  How did you solve it? I have this issue in Ultimate Team , when a match ends, for example in Gauntlet, it freezes and kicks me out of Ultimate Team completely, and I don’t even get the win.

    Didnt do anything from my side apart from what I already tried two days ago which didn't fix it. I'm assuming developers fixed from their end.
