Companion app & web transfer market error

Hi
I ’ve recently received a notification (Switch 2) that I’ve been invited to the transfer market on the  companion app. However, when completing any action within the transfer market I get the error: “Sorry an error has occurred while trying to complete your search. Please try again in a moment “
It has been a day and I’ve yet use the market successfully.

    I have this exact same issue. Got a message in the game that the transfer market is unlocked on companion app but nothing actually works and it just gets error when trying to do anything with the transfer market. For context, I have not actually completed the objectives to unlock in game since it’s impossible to get rush matches on switch 2 which I have raised with EA also.

    Side note, I have noticed that since getting this transfer market message, the FC hub in my companion app have also stayed locked and have not been accessible. Not sure if this is related also.

    Can this please be looked at? Thanks!

    Strange one 3cbfc32da4c22cc7​. Let's start by trying another network if possible, that way we can rule out connection issues.

    Happens a bit where someone can have issues with accessing aspects of the game due to an issue with connection.
