Update 1.5.3 Broke EAFC 26 on PC — Severe Performance Problems

After update 1.5.3, EAFC 26 on PC has become unplayable due to severe performance issues: stuttering, freezes, extreme FPS drops, input delay, and unstable gameplay.

These issues were already fixed previously, meaning the update has reintroduced known defects. As a result, the product no longer meets basic functionality expectations.

I purchased EAFC 26 for $100 at full price, not as early access or beta. Selling a full-price product that becomes unusable after official updates may constitute sale of a defective digital product under consumer protection laws.

This is not an isolated case. EA’s official forums and community channels contain numerous identical reports from PC users following update 1.5.3, confirming the issue is widespread and known.

At this point, I formally request:

Public acknowledgment of the PC performance issue

Explanation of how previously fixed problems were reintroduced

A stable fix, not a temporary workaround

Clarification on QA testing procedures for PC patches

If the issue is not addressed within a reasonable timeframe, I will consider formal legal action, including filing complaints with consumer protection authorities and pursuing a refund for a defective product.
