Companion app not working

Since like 5 days the companion app isnt working not even the web based one. Tried clearing cache or even use different devices. 

Then i created a ticket. Response. Closed ticket cant give you a draft token. Like ..... 

In the attachment you see i cant login due to a issue they are working on. Well tbh i dont they are working at all .
