Companion App took my Evo'd Estevao as a Common Gold
When doing SBC's on the mobile companion app, my EVO'd Estevao was taken from my club as a Common Gold Untradeable Estevao which I also had in my club at the time of doing the SBC.
I've had a Case open with EA for nearly 3 weeks now. They just keep closing the case on me.
I spent not only a lot of time, but also hard earned money evolving the card and do not want to settle for an "Oh well our bad" response from EA, when I work in Tech and know with a little effort they can validate my claims and rectify the issue.
Step 1: Validate that I did have this evo'd card by validating what was used for the last step in the EVO chain. TOTY Honorable Mention CAM Builder.
Step 2: Validate the EVO'd Estevao is no longer in my Club.
Step 3: Validate how that specific card was lost. And/or where/what was it traded in for.
Step 4: When step 3 yields no results, because I clearly did not trade that card in, validate when a common gold untradeable Estevao was traded in on an SBC (2/16 @ approx. 10-11 pm EST)
Step 5: Bob's your uncle! Proof of my claim that the companion app took my EVO'd Estevao as that common gold.
Step 6: Give me back my card as it was even better than the Future Stars Estevao you could get from packs. Although I would settle for that card, I really just want my EVO'd card back.
Who in their right mind would spend so much time writing all this, creating a case, and spending multiple sessions in a not very helpful support chat for a fraudulent claim for a videogame.
Please HELP EA, I spend HUNDREDS of my hard earned money on this game to just sit back and accept anything less than a valid and reasonable resolution from you as a company.
Respectfully,
Andre Fleites
